Meet the Board of Directors for Tomorrow Education

  • Blaise Mbargorba, President and founder of Tomorrow Education, leading an international charity and education nonprofit supporting children in Africa.

    Blaise is the founder and president of Tomorrow Education. He graduated from the Peddie School in Highstown, NJ in 2012. He started his basketball collegiate career at Southern Methodist University. Following a shoulder injury, he transferred to Boston University where he played 3 basketball seasons and graduated with a Bachelors art of science in sociology and is a candidate for a Masters in criminal justice and law enforcement. In 2018 to 2019, he played professional basketball in both France and Portugal. Since returning to the states, you can find Blaise running at the break of dawn around Boston and currently working at the Boston Medical Center.

  • Alex Rosenberg, Vice President of Tomorrow Education, supporting the organization’s mission as an international education nonprofit and children charity.

    Alex is one of the founding officers of the Board of Directors for Tomorrow Education. He graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelors in Psychology. He currently works in TMT Investment Banking at Cowen and Company, and has over 4 years of banking experience. Prior to entering a career in banking, Alex played professional basketball in Israel for Maccabi Kiryat Gat, B’nei Herzliya, and Hapoel Afula. During his tenure with B’nei Herzliya, he played in the EuroCup and traveled to over 10 European countries for in-season competition. Alex has now turned his passion from basketball to tennis and if not found on the court, will most likely be at one of his favorite steakhouses in NYC where he currently resides.

  • Cole Lutz, Secretary of the Board of Directors for Tomorrow Education, helping guide the charity organization in Africa and Central Africa.

    Cole is a founding board member of Tomorrow Education. He graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in religious studies, before earning his medical degree at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont.

    Prior to enrolling in medical school, Cole worked in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, where he helped grow multiple mission-driven startups. In the future, Cole hopes to use his education to empower his patients to live healthier lives.

  • Kelsey Poole, Treasurer of Tomorrow Education, supporting education nonprofit projects that reduce poverty and empower children in Africa.

    Kelsey is a founding member of the Board of Directors. She graduated from Colby College in 2017 with a Bachelors in religious studies and managerial economics. There, she played for the varsity field hockey program and continued to be involved in the sport coaching both at the collegiate level and club following graduation. She began her career in the non-profit sector improving access to youth sports for kids from low income communities. She then transitioned to the finance industry at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Later interrupting her time at BBH to dabble in the start-up craze of the pandemic as a consultant for consumer product goods (“CPG”) brands, she returned to BBH where she is head of investor management for alternative products. She currently resides in Long Island returning to her oceanside roots.

  • Andrew Huber, Board Member of Tomorrow Education, contributing expertise to an international education nonprofit and children charity in Africa.

    Andrew Huber joins the Tomorrow Education Board of Directors, bringing over two decades of experience in digital media and advertising. In his current role at Google, he leads a team responsible for growing YouTube's video advertising business. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
