Kelsey is a founding member of the Board of Directors. She graduated from Colby College in 2017 with a Bachelors in religious studies and managerial economics. She played for the varsity field hockey program and was a leader in the student government’s finance committee which funded and budgeted for all student lead activities on campus. Following graduation, she remained in the sports world coaching field hockey at Wheaton College as an assistant coach for 2 years and for a club field hockey program working with girls ages 10-18 where she still coaches. She began her career in the non-profit sector improving access to youth sports for kids from low income communities. She currently works for Brown Brothers Harriman, a private bank headquartered in New York City, out of their Boston office. She is an operation specialist in their trade management group.
